After your order is placed successfully, we start working on the dispatch process as quickly as possible, if you decide to change your order please call us on +44 000 000 0000 and we will try to accommodate where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any amendments to it and you can follow our return process to change the product or resolve any issue.
If you have send your query or contacted us through contact form or email. You can expect a response from our customer service team withing 24-48 hours.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email to keep you updated.
Goods which are not in a satisfactory condition or quality are classified as faulty and can be replaced. Please contact our customer care on sales@panaazfashion.com within 30 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and any images you can provide of the faulty item(s). However, please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and iCatchy.com or Panaaz Fashion LTD. has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds.
We offer a 30-Days Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error. Defection caused by any other accident, physical damage,  including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty. If you have received any faulty product os the product is not working as intended, please contact us through our contact form or write an email at Sales@panaazfashion.com mentioning your name, Order#, Order date, amount paid.

You order status changes within 24 hours from the time of order placement or as soon as the dispatch process starts. You can check the status of your order on My-Account page or at order tracking page.

We use Royal mail and Royal mail international for shipping and delivery of all the orders.
Within UK :
Royal Mail 1st class service is used which usually deliver within 1-3 working days, but sometimes may take up to 3-4 working days in a few circumstances . This does not include weekends or holidays.
Within European Union:
Royal Mail International services is used for international delivery and it usually takes around 7 - 10 business days. You can check the status of your shipment with the help of tracking number at shipment tracking page of Royal Mail website.
Other countries:
For shipment to all other countries usually the order is delivered withing 7-10 business days but sometime it may take 10-15 business days depending upon the country the shipment is intended to.
